It's a cutting file that I printed on cardstock and just hand cut. Easy as can be! This is called the Lip Shaped Card. I also added one of the Valentine Circle Words. The "hot lips" metal rimmed tag is from a set of tags that I got from Target a long time ago! Isn't this CUTE? I do believe that my husband's Valentine is now done! Mwah! S.W.A.K.!!
