The card base is DCWV, and the patterned papers are vibrant Kimberly Hodges papers from K&Company. My entire card was inspired by the gorgeous ribbon that I received as a RAK from Sue at the Paper Crafts blog. I love the five buttons that I sewed on. I added chalk ink distressing too. I'm so pleased with this card! I'm going to give it to my mom the next time that I see her! She'll love it!

Great card Carol - the row of buttons really makes it with the colors and the big bow.
you know...I save all the tins but haven't done anything with them yet for that same reason! BUT...I think I am going to start!!! I really want to get more into altering items!!!
