Wonderful Mother's Day!

Since I posted my BBTB project yesterday, I didn't get an opportunity to share with you about my Mother's Day. It was absolutely wonderful from the morning until the evening. Dave and the girls ran out to Dunkin' Donuts for breakfast. I was given a blueberry muffin and a fresh hot cup of coffee. Jessica thought I should have breakfast in bed, but that's just not my thing. On the way to our kitchen table, I saw this hanging under the mantel in our family room.

The girls hung the Happy Birthday banner that we hang for all of our birthdays. They made it into a Mother's Day banner! How cute is this? I love it!

CUTE!

Next, Emily has been secretly working on making me a whole bunch of her crocheted flowers! I had no clue! She put them in some tiny jars that I just picked up at a garage sale for 10 cents each. Don't they look pretty?

Here's everything that she made! WOW! I love these!!

Here are Emily's and Jessica's cards that they made for me. I was thrilled that Emily actually used one of her crocheted flowers and really let it be the focal point on her card. Jessica used Queen & Co. embellishments. I love the color schemes! These are just fantastic! I love them both very much!!

This is the card that Dave made for me. This is the outside . . .

. . . and this is the inside. I love it! My husband stamped! He pointed out all of the mistakes that he thought he made. I think it's wonderful, and I don't see mistakes!!

Dave, Emily, and Jessica picked out a TON of items for me at Archiver's Hot Spot section! OMG! Would you just look at all of this? We love Disney in our house, and some of these embellishments make me so happy, because they were a HUGE part of what Emily and Jessica LOVED when they were little. I cannot even tell you how much they loved Toy Story and Bug's Life! I really need to do something special with those, because the girls just love these movies! I'm blown away by all of these! The thing that really gets me is that I look in the Hot Spot quite a bit when I'm at Archiver's, and I've never seen any of these!! How is that possible?

Then, they got fantastic acrylic stamps, amazing eyelets in themed packages, and tag lines. The eyelets have words around them. They are so cool! OMG!

They also got these kits in the Hot Spot. There is so much in these for the price! Dave told me that they didn't necessarily think that I wanted or needed cowboy or hoops packs, but they thought all of the paper included, the chipboard letters, the chipboard tags, and the metal embellishment was such a great price, they had to get it. You know what? They're absolutely right!! That's a lot of stuff for the price, and the paper is absolutely gorgeous! Jessica is signed up for Intramural Basketball in June, so I will use the hoops set for her! Cool!

I had the best Mother's Day. Dave, Emily, and Jessica spoiled me silly. I was served breakfast and lunch, I helped a little with dinner, we all hung out at home together, and I received some fantastic goodies. Dave and the girls also got me a Nickelback CD and the Enchanted CD soundtrack! Spoiled silly! What really put a smile on my face was imagining Dave and the girls actually picking out this stuff for me! It had to take them quite some time! Dave said that he thought they were scaring other customers, because they kept getting excited when they found something that they knew I would LOVE! CUTE!! I had a wonderful day, and believe me, I know what a lucky lady I am to have these wonderful people in my life! Dave, Emily, and Jessica are fantastic, and I love them will all of my heart! Thank you to them for making my Mother's Day wonderful!

I'm off to make a baby card for my amazing blogging friend Patsy! Welcome to the world baby Eleanor! I hope you all have a wonderful day, and thanks for stopping by!!

Thanks for the whistle lol. Those are probably the most expensive sunglasses I will ever own, but the shirt I think I got for $17, but the jeans {sshhh don't tell are Lucky brand} are were $118 before tax. In my defense they are super comfortable and no muffin top shows hahahahaha. So that alone is worth it lol
It sounds like you had a great Mother's Day! What sweet girls you have. I love how emily packages her flowers like primas LOVE that! I like all of those stamps too. Great great stuff
