This is my second attempt at using Happily Ever After on my Cricut. Let me tell you, piecing this guy together wasn't the most fun I've had in a long time, but in the end I guess it was worth it, because he is pretty cute!
Putting together the eyes was difficult. When a piece is that small, it's hard to get glue on it, let alone attach it to another small piece of paper! I'm "off" on the placement of some of the layers. I'm not being hard on myself, it's just that the black silhouette isn't even all around the character. All in all though, I'm pleased, because this was my first attempt at a character with so many small pieces. It will get easier and easier each time I attempt one. Dopey is on Provo Craft Slab paper that is ticket punched. The "hello" is a Studio G acrylic stamp. Brads are in the ticket punched corners. Isn't that ribbon fabulous? I think I got it at Archiver's a long time ago. That little green star clip on the right is Making Memories. So, do you like him? I'm pretty pleased, and I hope to get a chance to play around with this cartridge again soon.
Thanks for stopping by!

This is the cutest Dopey I've ever seen! You did such a good job, I can't wait to see what else you do with this cart!
He is super cute, but I'm scared of all that work. Looks so polished and pretty though. I love all the detail in the folds of his outfit and the shadows... Great layout (and AWESOME ribbon!) :0) Mel
It certainly was worth it Carol!

He is really really cute Carol! Have GOT to get my Cricut out tomorrow....*STAMPIN HUGS* Alex
He is fabulous Carol, love the colours and that gorgeous ribbon. I can imagine how difficult those small pieces are, I know I have problems paper piecing sometimes. I have to use my tweezers as sometimes fingers are just so clumsy!
This is soooo cute Carol, I luv it! You did a fantastic job!
You shouldn't be too hard on yourself - he looks great! I can see that puting together all those little pieces would take forever!
looks great to me!
